I popped into my local store and got everything sorted quickly. It was really handy having a shop nearby, i kind of regret putting it off for so long.

I had to send a speaker back and, i was starting to wonder if the refund was going to show up at all because the updates were a bit slow. It did come through after a few days though, and to be fair, they sorted it without much hassle in the end

So, I had a bit of a small issue with a washing machine I bought from soundstore.ie after a few months, i wasn’t really sure if it was covered under warranty or not. I just emailed them over the order details and explained what was going on.

They got back to me fairly quickly, to be fair, and helped sort out the warranty call out. It did take a few days to actually get the repair booked in, but whenever I asked for an update, they did keep replying, so that was reassuring enough.

It wasn’t totally perfect, as I did have to chase them once, but overall, I’d say the after-sales support was good. The main thing is the issue got fixed in the end, so yeah, I was happy enough with how it was handled.

Got my delivery from Soundstore today and the driver himself was really sound. He rang ahead, showed up on time, and carried everything in carefully, so no complaints there at all. He was polite and professional. I did feel a bit dismissed when I had a question beforehand, like I was being rushed off, which wasn’t great. But the actual delivery went smoothly in the end.

They did get back to me eventually, but I had to chase them twice, which felt like such a waste of energy. The service was okay in the end, but the slow replies made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. No messing around, just clear info about my order.

It worked fine, but it showed up with a few marks on it and the box looked like it had been knocked around a bit. The overall quality feels kind of cheaper than I was expecting for what I paid, maybe not terrible, just not quite worth the price to me...
